我們支持您關於從嚴從重打擊竊取國家和企業機密行為的政策。但是從最近司法部對Sherry Shen 和Xiaoxing Xi教授的不公正待遇中，您的政策顯然被（一小撮人）濫用了。

從嚴從重打擊變成了隨意打擊，而且是用種族和原籍國來歧視，-不是911以後都說好不可以的嗎？

我們殷切希望你能叫司法部規矩一點，至少要按章程辦事，至少認真一點（歧視什麽的我們也就忍了，能不能不那麽明顯？）

好了，現在事情已經粗來了，司法部總得給個說法吧，人家工作丟了，折騰大半年，你不能P都不放一個吧，至少到白宮喝杯啤酒什麽的吧

 

Your policy "to aggressively investigate and prosecute the stealing of secrets" has been abused by DOJ

Dear President Obama:

We agree with your decision to aggressively investigate and prosecute stealing of government and corporate secrets. However, judging from the injustice and harm done to Sherry Chen and Professor Xiaoxing Xi, your policy apparently has been abused. Aggressiveness has been mis-interpreted as permission to be careless, or worse to use race and national origin for profiling – practices rejected even at the height of anti-terrorist investigations after 9/11. We respectfully request that you instruct the Department of Justice that due diligence and process must be followed, and that racial or national origin profiling is not permitted.We also feel strongly that there ought to be apologies to and compensations for the victims to make them whole.

    It does NOT hurt any AsAm groups that don't like 80-20 for whatever reason.

 

    It DOES protect you from being profiled racially and/or by national origin.  

 

    It DOES help to make you an equal citizen of the USA.

 

    You may not know enough about the details of the injustice done to Sherry Chen and Professor Xi.  JUST SIGN.  That is why you need 80-20 which knows American politics and spends time and money to protect the rightful interests of Asian Americans so that you can live a normal life.  

 

    80-20 has served you tirelessly for 17 years.  You can at least trust 80-20 

that much, when it does NOT cost you money and time.

 

    You need to support organizations which serve you without conditions.  

Otherwise you may not find any org. to help you one day.
