Cannot agree more with Wisebao - anger management. Some may seek help from psychiatrist. When I criticize my child, I also give her the opportunity to tell me what she thinks mom should be able to do better. Try talk to your kid like you are a friend and foster two-way communication, it could help to calm her down and she would be more cooperating hopefully :)
