Everybody does the same there. I was following a car in front

I only have had one ticket for not wearing seat belt since I drive. I don't know why, I usually get favors from police easily. Once in Manhattan, I drove in the opposite direction around 44th street, and then a police man stopped me. I said I was lost. He turned on his siren lights and stopped other cars to let me make a U turn. Another time, I ran across red lights, then a police car came up. I said I was from out state. I was looking for direction to the airport. So that police also let me go.
