给大伙认真地拜个年 :))

又找回俺自己了

说正经的吧，饮食上注意一点，有点节制就行。我个人感觉一点肉不吃也未必好，但多吃些蔬菜瓜果不会有三高。心情很重要，尽量稳定，不大喜，也不大悲。调节情绪的良方是锻练。能不熬夜就不熬夜。差不多就这些吧。太忙了，歌没唱，诗没写 (主要是没灵感这几年，其次才是怕睡眠不好影响第二天工作)。年夜饭是昨晚给儿子包点饺子，猪肉鳕鱼虾放了黄瓜青椒和大白菜胡萝卜，整到半夜。明天还加班。
