高中is a little late, usually 13 is a cut off age for

acquiring the 2nd language and adopting a new 理念. If a person started acquiring the 2nd language before 13, he or she may still have a chance to speak like a native speaker. But after 13, the new language will definitely be the 2nd.

I cant type chinese today.
