上哪个高中对上好的大学有帮助？不考虑大学的话，孩子会更喜欢哪个高中？

1.  A Charter high school's rating is 7, only has 325 students. Has very limited extra curiculur activities, Has a band but no orchestra.

2.  A regular high school's rating is 9, has 1600 students.  Has much more choices of extra Curiculuar activities.
