怎么帮助K孩子提高阅读能力？

女儿拼读能力是有的，入K的时候已经是一年级末的水平了。可是不爱看书，读的书的题材很有限，对nonfiction完全没兴趣。而且无论什么书，一见字数多了就不想读。不愿意去图书馆，都是我给她挑书。白天不碰书，直到睡觉上床了才肯翻书。

现在老师每周发两本nonfiction的书回来读，有不少单词有些复杂，她就很不乐意读。读的时候遇到不会的就跳过，不思考。


觉得主要是她的词汇量跟不上，容易有挫折感。
 
请问作为家长怎么能帮助到孩子呢？
