Why not just by CURE, RETL, SPXL, TQQQ, UDOW?

Sounds simple and naïve, but perhaps too good to be true?

If bull market continues, this is a non-brainer strategy.
If sideways market ensues, at worse you gain nothing. You cannot gain much on any investment in such a market anyway.
If bear market looms, get out soon and cut loss.

If you have TA skills (which I don't have) to catch waves, it could be even better. In any case, the addition of TA should do no harm, because on average one's luck is half-and-half.  If you study macro news to predict trend, it is a plus too.

Forget about options. Short-term prediction is the hardest to get right.

Different opinions are more than welcome.
