ok, feifei, I try to answer your inquiry, but control your risk, I might be wrong. this is just analysis, Not a Trade CALL !

here is situation:

we had oversold and panic selling at mid July, sponsers threw away stock (bought at climax low) at 84 level and the existing demand got exhausted on July 29.

Monday looked like resumed liqudation due to huge volume at retest of selling climax low. but mid range close and Tudsday's immediately getting support indicate selling was absorpted by demand (buying power), at this moment, demand is overcoming supply.

so, we thought Monday was a shakeout ( eliminate early bulls), the reason is:

at 88-91 area, there are locked bulls, they are frightened and they are potential overhanging resistance. stock sponsers must force these locked in bulls to sell to wear down the resistance at 90 area. market rally need this.

if today's market closes at 80 area, price is entering dead center, an apex, a slight effort to break this apex will lead to rally.

here is what to expect:

84 level will be first resistance, it will be key to start true up trend.

if next few daily bars form higher support and price dip to this support with light volume, it will be our edge to go long.

otherwise, stay outside and wait for new trigger.
