向cat18老大和各位赌友请教个初级option问题

比如说SPY的Call, Apr 04, 2014, 价格186.00. 为什么这么大一个指数，186.00+1.64=187.64 出1.64去赌也不算天价（要赌的话），为什么vol会这么小呢？很多时候看远期期权就跟小了，甚至open interests都很小，令我十分困惑，以为走错地方了。请指点。
