精英教育的缺陷

很多小孩太顺，没吃过苦，很自以为是，一旦受到挫折很难接受，我儿子和他的朋友们才freshman就已经拿到500强大公司的internship offer, 而且付15-20/小时, 每周20小时。其实他们应该从retail, construction做起，体会一下低工资高强度的工作。
