my老大"never raise her hand"

I was told so by a few of her teachers in the parents-teacher meeting this week. I had sent her to public speaking or leadership programs or camps when she was still in elementary school, it didn't make any differences, she just does not like to invite for any attention on her.

But she is confident, and she is capable of giving structurized and precise answers when asked. I guess she will never change.
