Blue book currently says the invoice price for GC1M is $17,849. shoudl I just multiply it by 37%?

We buy this piano for our own enjoyment so will keep it even if our kid decides not to piano later, since my hu*****and plays the piano also. I heard that lots people prefer G1 to C1 even though C1 is newer. We think the G1 is mellower comparing to some C's. That's what we like. we are not too worried about resale price but just don't want to overpay at this point. :)
