２０个月的宝宝的教育问题，请支招！

姐妹们，宝宝２０个月了，很活泼可爱。当妈妈的自然有很多乐趣。但也有许多令人头痛的地方。比如抓人／揪头发，屡教不改。讲道理也明白，罚也罚了，就是记不住。姐妹们有什么好办法吗？真是舍不得打，打也没用。愁死我了。
