if no parent push and kid did all by himself

I do think kid already think through and he is not just for a job.
My 10 year old just wrote an essay about whether he risk every thing to become famous or not.
His conclusion is he hasn't made his mind yet. I think he will make his mind in next two years.
I will help him depend on his decision.
