which life insurance is better

If we bought through the company we work, it is $75/month, we can continue to pay until 70 years old if chosse to pay after we leave the company.
The rate will increase with age increase.

If I buy from metlife, I will pay $70.99/month for 20 years term with excellent health condition
pay 80.99/month for 20 years with very good health condition.
I am not sure what kind of condition will consider excellent health condition.

Not sure if the metlife premium will increase or not.
