Extremely strong academically.  If one thing is lacking then it's sports.  He does have great chance at HYM.  Don't be frustrated by the defer from P.  P has the most skewed admission.  Check with his high school college admission record of the students with similar states for the past few years, which will give you a better prediction.  Also, counselors are extremely important.
