美国现有的教育制度造成的. Strongly agree!

I do not think look at 4-year gpa is a great idea at all. It means the children have to be very good at taking exams. Many smart kids, including my friends, do not do terrific in their routine work, but everybody knows they are smart. In critical exams they will do very well.
