I have an extremely not easy 11 years old daughter. She has already acted like a teen to me. Many days, I was so upset by her hurting words. But recently she did something made me think I may should re-judge her.
Three weeks before Christmas, she got over $150 by selling earrings she made herself in an art fair in our small city.
That morning, we arrived at the fair ground before 6:30. She displayed her earrings at a small table. Her dad and I waited for a while and then left at 7:30am.
The fair was from 8am-4:30pm. She stood there all day with other vendors. It was a cold day; the temperature was 38F in the early morning. She was the only child selling stuff. She talked to a lot of people and learnt all sorts of new ideas.
Before that, she sold some earrings at her middle school to some kids.
Now she is making new jewelries every day and want to make more money.
