Questions on buttons and rain boots

1. I have one button missing out of five buttons on a blouse.  I have not found the exact matching one.  Do I have to replace all of them?

2. Do rain boots get a little bit bigger after wearing?  I like one pair, but they are a little bit tight on my left foot.  My left is bigger than my right.
