The loan was borrowed for any purchase beyond 1X. The interest is 7-12%, which becomes much higher as the asset goes down. It is like a leaking balloon, it falls most of the time but occasionally it can go up due to air flow. IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. Only one making money is the bank.
