公立小学有跟不上一说吗？

那天在学校看到有Tutor给一个上5年级的女孩补数学，one minus zero equals to what? 惊的我下巴都要掉下来。但那小孩很social的样子，看我在那里，直接跟我搭话，一点不怵。真的搞不懂。
