There will be consequences if he continues

I have two neighbors sons got kicked out of schools in Jr. High and High school. One bullied other kids and I had to call cops to stop him from playing in my backyard. He was kicked out of Jr. high and had no chance to go to college. The other was a good boy but was caught using drugs. He was kicked out of hgh school and i am not sure what he is doing now.
