妈妈，今天您投票了吗？

儿子因为小感冒头昏，再加上，天不亮就要练滑冰，昨天晚上9：15就上床睡觉，临睡前，啰啰嗦嗦地叮嘱我，一定要记得明天去投票，

“如果你有权选举，你投票给谁？”
“我们学校明天也有模拟选举，你不应该问我，我选谁，你应该投票给你认为对国家有帮助的候选人。”
“你那一票投也白投，不算数！”被儿子说得有点儿不爽，找补，
“我们是国家的未来，现在这一票不算数，可是我们小孩的声音应该被听到！”
“ 好，好，快睡！晚安。”我这找什么补，纯欠抽， 赶紧逃。

今天一大早，女儿向我借职业套装，

“我可以借你的衣服吗？”
“干吗？面试，找工作啊，我退休，你养家？”
“我要投票，别忘了，今天你一定要去投票。爸爸好几星期前就投过票了。哪套合适我？”
“我没发胖前的！！”

父母是儿女的榜样，融入美国社会的第一步就是选举和投票！！我们无论是推藤也好，放养也罢，我们无非是希望儿女有好的生活！
