华尔街如果真是万恶的，估计也活不到现在。俺对于资本或者经济都不大懂，只有一点常识。

其实就是规则定的咋样的问题，资本的本质就是获取利润，资本是经济活动必须要的，资本不活跃的地方经济估计也不会发达。

当然需要规矩，就是个平衡的问题。
