2 Son/D apply UC as nonresident (much easier to get into top UCs)

3. Pay out-of-state tuition ... LOL

 

CA needs to get rid of the Prop #13 - this will force quite a few people to sell and move to rental properties, but will also increase state revenue and increase the supply to bring down property price
