I do not quite agree.

I honestly beleve the system in the US fails. If w/o immigration, the US will be far from being competetative. The immigrants, who were eduacted in other country, helps the US to be on top. If you want to compare educational system, you have to consider all this. I do believe immigrants, who obtained at least part of their education in other countries, contributed significantly to the US society.
