Happy July 4th to you too.

NW never looks down on my fellow Chinese and never change myself to anyone , either.

However, NW is very open, always to learn and look for opportunity to be better.

NW loves one popular saying in American,"join them or be them if you can not beat them"

As A Chinese Americans, NW myself has to join whites or be whites, so do my kids. 

Do not understand" join them or be them"literaly as to change our color from yellow to white.  It is more like we should learn from whites, make firends with whites, live together with whites and do as whites do.
