回国需挟带potty 和diaper 吗

回国需挟带potty 和diaper 吗？怕小孩不肯上厕所大小便. She is four, still uses diaper at night right now.

What else should I bring for her? Medicine? She has never been to China. We will take train and buses to many places in China.
