问个楼下Semifinalists 的问题

Semifinalists 的cutoff line 不高吧？？大概psat２１6左右（每个洲８一样）．那么一个洲能过这个这个成绩的很多,怎么我看 楼下Semifinalists的单子上一个洲能上Semifinalists没几个呢？？是不是过了cutoff line的都能上Semifinalists，然后能上finalists才难，要学校推荐？？
