First of all top50 are all 名校

I think, to a middle class family, 11 - 50 will most likely costs more than 1 - 10.

Most of the full rides are from state schools, ranking way below 50.

For 2012- 2013 year, I think most of the top 50 will be in the $60/year range.   Going to s full ride will save a lot more than 16W.
