Leadership could be learned

If you let your kids feel they are in charge all the time, they will get into a habit of being in charge. And that will lead to responsibility as they grow. And will lead to leadership as they grow.

Free your kids, free roaming growth. The world needs a great leader for it to be a better place to be for all of us, more so than another IVY league trained doctor (which is alway important, but not as much as a super leader who can impact the world more).
