We were raised and educated with the way that dealing with this kind of situations has a lot with emotions. We dedicated a lot of our life to work and families as we were educated to. That makes us deal with issues sometimes more personally than people who were raised in western world. For them work is a work, a lot of time a play of policies, or a cheque at end of the day, but for us it is NOT.
However, regardly, working within a corporate company needs do things more accordingly and that would be required in a lot of cases. Hope everyone is doing well with this respect.
