I am curious which side abandoned those air fields

built in this disputed area.  If the Indians own the air fields, they did not return till now.  It indicates that the Indians are very cautious to deploy troops closed to the border line.

If the air fields were built by the Chinese, the Chinese should claim them before the Indians :)
