-"和老公生活几个月 is after she got 婚姻绿卡" does not mean their marriage is not true marriage and that is why the USCIS issued her 10-year permanent green card even if before she 和老公生活几个月 in US. The USCIS officer is not stupid and wthout convincing evidence, they would have not issued the permenant card to her.
