stand point. but romney's strategy was successful. the sitting president always has up hand when debating foreign policy if there is no serious mistakes in international crisis. romney doesn't need to win the debate and he only need to pass command-in-chief threshold test. he looked presidential and talked presidential. that's good enough. as i predicted earlier, romney successfully linked natioal security to the strength of econnomy and presented himself as a peace-loving (not warmonger) candidate (obama should have painted him more hawkish). Overall, I believe it was a wash.
