现在120镑,看着还很瘦,穿衣服还变小了点。都因为变tone了。健身房教练说 我这八磅都是肌肉。我每天一小时,有时没空就不去健身房。周末就在家多走动。 我锻炼不为减肥,因为我生活中看着已很瘦了,纯属为了健康。另外锻炼也可以上隐的。我从小不爱锻炼,没想人到中年也上隐了。太好了。
1.Set priorities. I used to say I didn't have time to work out. Once IT IS my top priority, I found time to adjust.
2。 Persistence! Hang in there for the first month. You will love it.
3. Try out different workouts and find one(s) you like. For example, I never like running no matter what.
3. Buy some comfortable and fashionable workout clothes and shoes. They make you feel good about yourself.
4. 我没有减食物。有时吃得还很多。
