If that "15 year mother" character is fictional, then you know by now that most people do not view that character favorably. As a writer, there is absolutely no need for you to be mean to those people who, unbeknownst to themselves, participated in your internet "survey" for your made-up character.
If you are indeed writing about your real life experience, that means your post yesterday about writing a book is a lie (or is it an autobiography?). Then I don't know how you could blame others for doubting your story.
Frankly, I could not figure out how a mother who, while clearly having a choice, allowed her daugther to grow up in another country without seeing her for 15 years would even have the audacity to tell the daughter that her "blood relatives", which presumably include the mother herself, would be more important than her newly-wed hu*****and. Quite an eye-opeing character, fictional or real life.
