Wise Decision!

The humidity in NC is not bad at all.  You won't just stand in 95F sunsine.  I would prefer the hot days that do not last long to the long winter in North/Northestern.  But we have to admit the culture center is in Northestern.  Some people just value mild weather more since they are going the be depressed during long winter.
