My question is: how did they get these numbers? You know Mean or average sometimes does not mean any thing. It seems it favors techy schools. We all know that liberal arts/humanities majors have a high percentage of going to non-profit organizations and don't make much money. When include them in averaging the earning, the average earning of graduates from a school with a higher percentage of hmanities will be dragged down significantly. This is exactly why Dartmouth, MIT, Standford have higher earnings.
