请问哪位知道越语NAM啥意思？

今天听俺哥说“在越南有一次大巴停车上厕所的时候，见到牌子上写着nam，也就推门开了门，赫然一个美女在提裤子，顿时石化了。很想骂人，但是不了解nam怎样翻译的，另外美女没骂我，也就扯平了。越南难到尼玛没有国际通用的文字吗？你画个画难道不行？”
