therefore it is not a multi-dwelling home. I strongly agree with Lao Mao that you need to find a local landlord-tenant attorney to help you on this matter. As another friend kindly pointed out that NJ court may ask the landlord to pay 6-month worth of rent to help evicted tenant to find a new place to live on such a case, I think you really need to take this seriously.
