Actually if you think in B's point, he is a victim too, his backyard got landslide, he cannot sue builder, contractor is out of business, sue HOA not working, he must got some bad attorney advice too, I think if he try to fix that landsliding, it might cause 30 to 50K to do some retaining wall.But they decide to move out the property to make it a bid deal, make it live unlivable condition, after 3 three years, they started sue neighbor desperately.
