It's a dilemma

Anything if you don't do it full time, you won't make it big, or people / customers won't treat you seriously.

But when you do it full-time, success is not guaranteed - just look at the small business failure rate in the U.S.

Make sure you are fiscally and emotionally ready for the full-time plunge.
