their quality, forgetting that China-made is the best value for what they are willing to pay.  Chinese don't make money making all the products.  It's the American corporations and business owners who benefit the most from China-made products by ripping of both chinese workers and american consumers.  American consumers also benefit from ('exploit'is the better word) cheap chinese labor.
