our stock went from $10 at 1997 to $120 at 2000, then down to $0.4 at 2004 to now. The communication system build up in US is too slow after 2000.
But I doubt Obama speech would do much about it. And it cannot generate too much growth. All those, transportation, communication, and energy, are to help human live better, outside of human body, environment of human body.
The only big future is biotech: directly help human body itself.
