Get the car fixed first. You can get the police report and contact the person directly for reimbursement. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do if he chooses to ignore you. You can of course sue him in small-claim court if he doesn't pay. But it would be too much hassle for a couple hundred.

Next time, count to 10 before honk someone or try 'serenity now'.
