BMW X 5 Diesel vs VW Touareg TDI

Any body has tested driving these two SUVs?  Their prices are very similar (around 50k). 
But T-reg has a beautiful interior while BMW has a big name...

thank you for sharing your experiences (sorry my Chinese software is not working well.).
