上海中学的知识比美国TOP学区better. How many of you know that bottom of half

(or 30%, I'm not sure about it, but I do know many of kids aren't going to HS)couldn't pass the HS admmition test and can't go to HS(public). That PISA test score didn't tell the truth about education in China. In US, all the kids in school take this test and this test is much more accurate for US.
