my son's school district also is ROBINHOOD school district.

My son has 1 hour/day with a special teacher(only him). It started at 3rd grade. We never ask school for special treatment for my son. We found out this during the parent-teacher conference. Maybe when you kid get third grade, school will offer this too. I think school took him to check some thing similar with IQ because teacher said they will test kids before put kids in special program. I have no idea about all those thing and my son doesn't want talk about this (no one, not parent, not classmates) and just said he likes it. You maybe want to find out what will happen when they get in third grade. We are hockey parent and we only care about his hockey. other thing we think teacher will take care of.
